Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Arohini. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you have 48 hours from receipt to return it for a refund, subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please ensure that the product remains unused and in its original packaging, complete with all tags, labels, and invoices.
To initiate a return, simply email us at arohinireveaan@gmail.com with your name, mobile number, and order number to arrange for a reverse pick-up. If pick-up is not feasible in your area, kindly return the product in its original packaging. Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process your refund will be credited within 4-5 days to the original source of the payment method.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer a hassle-free exchange along with a 100% refund upon submission of photos or videos. For quality-related concerns, a 10% restocking fee may apply. Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receipt, and the product should be unused and returned with all original packaging intact.

Cancellation Policy
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. However, modifications for products of equal or higher value are permissible within 24 hours, provided the order hasn’t been shipped. Upon receipt of the product, exchanges will be processed within 24-72 hours.
