To avail of our COD service, orders must meet a minimum value of INR 2,000.
– For orders between INR 2,000 and INR 10,000, a 20% partial advance payment is mandatory.
– Orders ranging from INR 10,000 to INR 30,000 require a 15% advance payment.
– Orders exceeding INR 30,000 necessitate a 10% advance payment.
Order Confirmation:
Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation from our team within 2 days. We will share the bank account details for the advance payment, which acts as a secure guarantee for your order. Please note that this advance payment is non-refundable. Once the advance payment is received, your order will be processed promptly and delivery arrangements will begin.
Payment Collection:
At the time of delivery, the remaining balance will be collected in cash. We kindly request you to keep the exact amount ready, as our delivery personnel may not be able to provide change.
Cancellation and Refunds:
